Meet our Founder

Hello! My name is Savanna, and I’m an owner of Signature Agent Services. I started this company with fellow agents in mind; those who need support but may not be ready to build a team, or who simply want to run strong, sustainable businesses that give them the freedom to live their dreams.
I began my career in real estate as an assistant and later worked as a Transaction Coordinator before stepping into my current role as Director of Operations. Along the way, I’ve learned firsthand what agents truly need to thrive, from streamlined systems and consistent marketing to reliable transaction support.
At Signature Agent Services, I focus on helping agents simplify and strengthen their businesses through customized service packages, smoother lead and client touch systems, and marketing strategies designed to keep them top of mind. My passion is creating the kind of support that allows agents to win back their time — whether that means focusing on business growth, spending more moments with family and friends, or simply having space for the hobbies they love.

Misty was born in Texas and moved to Pagosa Springs, Colorado, during her school years, where she developed a love for the mountain lifestyle. She spent many years as a hair stylist before transitioning into graphic design, working for 6 years at a design company.
Her career path shifted again when her sister invited her to help with a real estate venture in Alaska. In 2020, two major milestones shaped her journey: the birth of her daughter and an opportunity from Savanna to step into a transaction coordinator role with Signature Agent Services.
For Misty, the flexibility of this role has been a game-changer. Working from home allows her to balance her career with traveling and being present for her daughter all while providing the detailed, reliable support agents need to run their businesses smoothly.

Aarica began her career in real estate in 2020 and quickly found her passion for supporting agents and helping them win with their clients. With her strong attention to detail, she found a natural talent in her position as a transaction coordinator, helping agents feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Aarica leads a creative and active life. She is an avid reader, a runner who enjoys races across Northern Colorado, and a portrait photographer who runs her own photography business. Aarica lives in Johnstown with her husband and daughter, and they are excited to welcome their second child in November

Halee has been immersed in the real estate industry since 2022 and brings a licensed agent’s perspective to her work as a transaction coordinator. With a strong background in client service and an eye for detail, she thrives on creating smooth, stress-free experiences for agents and their clients. Halee’s commitment to organization and clear communication ensures every transaction is handled with efficiency and care, allowing agents to stay focused on growing their business.
After moving from Idaho, Halee has proudly called Colorado home for the past six years. She and her husband recently welcomed their first child, and life as a new mom has deepened her appreciation for balance and connection. Outside of work, Halee enjoys staying active through weight training, Pilates, and outdoor adventures, as well as traveling with her family whenever possible.

Lauren has been an active professional in the Northern Colorado real estate industry for more than 13 years and earned her real estate license in 2014. A proud graduate of the CSU College of Business, she has built her career on strong communication, efficiency, and a keen attention to detail — qualities that allow her to consistently deliver exceptional service and professionalism to the agents and clients she supports.
Outside of real estate, Lauren is a dedicated mom to three young daughters. She enjoys staying active in the mountains, making the most of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, and unwinding with a great book whenever she can.

Melanie joined Signature Agent Services as an Operations Assistant, bringing with her experience as a realtor’s assistant and a background in inventory management. With strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, she plays a key role in streamlining systems, managing operations, and designing marketing materials that help agents elevate their businesses.
As a retired military spouse, Melanie has lived all over the country before settling in Colorado three years ago with her family. Her journey as a mom of six has taught her to be adaptable and resourceful — skills she now pours into supporting agents and the SAS team. She loves helping agents simplify their business and gain more time for what matters most. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and working on her homestead.

Justus has been active in real estate since 2024, beginning his career in Oregon. Through his experience as an Agent Services Coordinator for a leading local brokerage, he developed a strong understanding of the real estate industry and the many moving pieces required to guarantee the best outcome for a client. Justus brings a thorough, systematic approach to helping streamline agents' operating processes and excels in adapting to an agent's unique needs and circumstances. A lifelong Oregon resident, Justus has enjoyed settling into Colorado's beautiful natural environment. Outside of work, Justus enjoys spending time with his partner and their cat, as well as reading, hiking, and discovering new music.
